1. No Refund Policy

MARWARI CRAFT follows a strict No Refund Policy. Once an order has been placed and delivered, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preferences, or any other reason, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

However, returns and replacements may be accepted in the limited circumstances described below.

2. Eligible Returns and Replacements

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following situations:

Damaged Items: The product arrives damaged during transit or is delivered with damage attributable to a product defect.

Wrong Items Delivered: You receive a product that is different from the item ordered.

All requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

Where a claim is approved, MARWARI CRAFT will arrange an appropriate return or replacement in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

3. Reporting Damaged or Wrong Items

Customers must report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a request, please provide:

- Your order number.
- Clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item.
- Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label.
- An unboxing video, if available.
- A brief description of the issue.

Please retain the original packaging until our team has reviewed your request. We may request additional information to verify the claim.

Requests will be reviewed individually, and approval will depend on verification of the reported issue. The reporting period does not restrict any rights available to customers under applicable law.

4. Non-Returnable Items and Situations

Returns and replacements will not ordinarily be accepted for:

Products that match the order but are no longer wanted by the customer.

Products purchased in the wrong size, colour, finish, or configuration by the customer.

Customised or made-to-order furniture, except where it is damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or a remedy is required by law.

Products that have been used, modified, repaired, or damaged after delivery by the customer.

Damage caused by improper handling, installation, maintenance, or misuse after delivery.

Minor variations in natural wood grain, texture, or finish, provided the product conforms to its description and agreed specifications.

5. Return and Replacement Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share your order number and the required photographs or supporting evidence.

Allow our team to review and verify your request.

Once approved, follow the instructions provided for returning the item or receiving a replacement.

Please do not ship any product back without receiving instructions from our team.

For approved claims, we will communicate the applicable return-shipping arrangements. Replacement availability and timelines will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

Orders that have entered production, customisation, packaging, or dispatch may not be eligible for cancellation, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

Any cancellation-related payment adjustment will be handled in accordance with our order terms and applicable legal requirements.
